About me

Hi — I’m Cindy.

I’m a wardrobe stylist, a retired teacher, a mom, and a grandmother. I live in the space where style meets midlife — and I write about both, honestly and without the usual rules.

I started MsBStyling because I was frustrated. Frustrated with the way society quietly tells women over 50 to fade into the background. Frustrated with fashion that doesn’t design for us, media that doesn’t celebrate us, and a whole set of unwritten rules that nobody actually made but everyone seems to follow.

I enjoy helping women move from confusion to clarity, from invisible to visible, from stuck to unstuck. Not by telling them what to wear — but by helping them figure out who they are in the mirror right now, and dressing for that woman.

Your body and lifestyle may have changed — but you can still make an impact.

On this Substack I share personal stories, honest observations, and practical style wisdom. Because I’ve never believed you can separate the two — how we dress is wrapped up in how we feel, how we see ourselves, and what we believe we’re worth.

I write for the woman who hasn’t stopped caring. She’s just lost clarity about what works for her now.

If that’s you — welcome. You found the right place.
